NetGain HyPer 9 HV Integrated System — 144 V Class SRIPM Motor + X144 Inverter

Synchronous Reluctance Internal Permanent Magnet (SRIPM) power-train for light to mid-weight EV builds. Outstanding torque density, high efficiency, and a compact inverter. Combine systems for heavier platforms or racing.

Chill Plate (Controller cooling)

5/8″ thick 6061 plate with 1/8″ NPT ports. Matches X1/X144 base. Includes liquid gasket.

  • Controller operating: −40 °C to +95 °C; thermal cutback ~+80 °C
  • ~750 A for 2 min without plate (properly mounted)
  • Liquid loop can yield ~2–3× stock duty cycle
  • Strongly recommended for >200 A continuous

Touch Display Kit (CANBus)

Plug-and-play 3.5″ resistive touchscreen that surfaces all major HyPer motor & HyPer-Drive inverter data on a single screen, with a secondary screen accessed by tapping. Fits behind a dash with or without the optional faceplate.

  • Screen 1 (primary): direction (F/R), motor RPM, motor temp, inverter temp, DC pack voltage, DC pack current, active fault “Error” flag
  • Screen 2 (tap to view): motor current (Arms), torque request (%), SoC (%), operating hours, highest-priority fault code
  • 3.5″ TFT, 480×320, 64K colors, LED backlight (~30,000 hr avg)
  • Working temp −20 to +70 °C; ~48 g; 100.5 × 54.94 × 5.45 mm
  • Includes driver box and harness — provide 12 V, connect CAN-H/CAN-L to the X144 K1 plug, then load the supplied CAN Network settings into your Clone file via SmartView
  • Optional aluminum faceplate available for flush-mount installs (4.40″ × 2.75″)

CAN bus requires two 120 Ω terminating resistors (one at each end). See the Touch Display and CAN Network Configuration manuals in Downloads for wiring and TPDO setup.

Used Throttle Pedal Assembly

0–5 V potentiometer pedal recommended for Hyper-Drive controllers.
