MonoLith™ Battery System
Everything integrated. Nothing left to engineer.
MonoLith is a complete battery system, not a kit. Every pack ships fully assembled, tested, and ready for integration into your vehicle or platform. Tell us your voltage, energy, and envelope. We handle the rest.
Integrated Control Shelf
Precharge, contactors, digital BMS, leak detection, HVIL, and HV fusing are all built in. External PDU available for programs that require it.
Thermal Management
Liquid or air cooling integrated into the pack. All plumbing is nitrogen tested prior to validation. Operating range from -40°C to +60°C discharge.
Plug and Play BMS
Digital BMS with CAN 2.0B broadcasts system data and manages contactor control. Your VCU owns SOC, SOH, CCL, and DCL based on your cell specifications. Ready to integrate with any control architecture.
IP67 Sealed Enclosure
Fully sealed, pressure-relief-valve-equipped enclosure. Multi-layer safety architecture including cell-level protection, pack-level fusing, HVIL interlock, and optical leak detection.
2,000+ configurations.
Your requirements. Our platform.
The PackForge Configurator lets you define your energy, voltage, and packaging requirements and explore how the MonoLith platform meets them. Get a preliminary system configuration in minutes.
Built to automotive standards
Every MonoLith ships with the same safety systems, build quality, and documentation you would expect from a production program.
One platform, many missions
MonoLith is deployed across aerospace, defense, industrial, and marine programs where rapid deployment and testing flexibility are critical.
Flight Test and Prototype Programs
Rapid iteration for flight test vehicles with evolving power requirements. Modular scaling enables configuration changes using common building blocks across the program lifecycle.
Mission-Critical Vehicle Programs
Rapid deployment with field serviceability and complete documentation. MIL-STD testing support with documented installation and commissioning procedures.
AGV Fleets and Material Handling
Standardized power across multiple vehicle types using common building blocks. Unified maintenance procedures, simplified technician training, and reduced spare parts inventory.
Distributed Energy Storage for Vessels
Compartmentalized energy storage with robust isolation and safety architecture. Distributed pack topologies for weight balance and compliance. Service-friendly design for dockside maintenance.
Months of development, eliminated
Traditional prototype pack development requires 12 to 18 months and significant engineering resources. MonoLith delivers equivalent capability in 8 to 14 weeks ARO.
Complete system, ready for integration
Every MonoLith order includes the assembled pack and a full documentation package delivered after design freeze and program commitment.
