A precision mounting system for Lithium Block module rows (5P–10P). Built for fast assembly, rigid geometry, and clean airflow. Sold per segment.

CNC panels and spacers lock module geometry for consistent busbar spacing and stack stiffness.

Pre-drilled patterns, labeled hardware, and segment-by-segment build flow minimize install time.

End manifolds accept 80 mm fans (not included) to drive airflow through each segment.

What’s in the kit (per segment)

Custom-length bracketing sized to your row length and module count.
Assembly hardware — bolts, cross-lock nuts, belleville/spring washers, spacers, standoffs.
2-hole busbars — nickel-plated aluminum inter-module bars (qty based on modules/row).
90-degree busbars (end-of-row) — nickel-plated, aluminum, Radsok-compatible post.
CAD model (STEP) for packaging and integration.

Compatible with Lithium Block 5P–10P modules (Energy or Power). Hole patterns match current footprints.

Configured to your module count per row. Provide P-count, modules/row, fan placement, and cable exit side.

Use supplied belleville washers and cross-lock nuts to maintain clamp under vibration.
Route HV cables to end-of-row 90° busbars with lug hardware sized to your conductor.
Fans not included; spec low-noise 80×80×25 mm units with suitable airflow and voltage.
Follow applicable creepage/clearance, insulation, and labeling practices for your application.
