Ovartech 6.6kW Liquid Cooled Charger and 1.5kW DC DC Converter

This Ovartech is a combination a high-frequency 6.6 kW charger and 1.5KW DC-DC converter in one package. The integrated high-frequency battery charger and DC-DC converter saves space, weight, and cabling  thereby minimizing the cost and installation when building electric vehicles.

This on board charger is designed to be used as an electric vehicle charger and has proven to be highly efficient, robust and safe. The electrical input voltage for ranges from AC 85~265V, making it an ideal to use worldwide. Its high-efficiency performance makes the charging more economical and it provides an intelligent charging mode which adjusts the voltage in CC/CV/cut off automatically. In addition to this, it features short-circuit, over voltage, over current and over temperature protections when charging. The CAN-bus interface delivers message with charging flow, interlock connection, and any disconnection or error message to VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) via BMS (Battery Management System). This charger series is in compliance with SAE J1772 and IEC 61851 to meet international standard, and has IP 67 for critical operating environment.
