EVolve Electrics ships all orders from Boulder, Colorado, USA using UPS for standard parcel shipments and LTL Freight for oversized or heavyweight items (typically over 150 lbs).
At checkout, customers can select from all available UPS shipping services, both domestic and international, including:

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected service level.

<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">In-stock items typically ship same day or next business day, depending on order volume and time of order.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Orders placed by 1:00 PM Mountain Time on business days are eligible for same-day shipment.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">If any items are backordered or unavailable, our team will contact you promptly with an estimated lead time and fulfillment details.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Fulfillment times are estimates, not guarantees.</li>

Unless our written quotation or order acknowledgment states otherwise, the following delivery term applies to every shipment, domestic and international:

DAP (Delivered at Place) — your stated ship-to address, Incoterms® 2020
</div>
<ul style="margin: 0 0 8px; padding-left: 20px; color: #1a1a1a;">
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">We arrange and pay for carriage to your delivery address and handle export clearance, including any required U.S. export filing.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Risk of loss passes to you on arrival, when the goods are placed at your disposal on the arriving vehicle, ready for unloading. Loss or damage in transit is ours to remedy.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Unloading is your responsibility, cost, and risk. For LTL freight you must have a dock, forklift, or liftgate available. Liftgate or inside delivery can be added at additional cost if requested in writing before shipment.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">You are the importer of record and pay all import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage. We do not ship DDP.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">If import clearance is delayed or delivery is refused, risk and all resulting costs (storage, demurrage, redelivery, return freight) transfer to you from the date the goods were first made available.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Title remains with EVolve Electrics until payment is received in full; this is separate from risk of loss.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">All shipments must be inspected on receipt. Shortages, visible damage, incorrect items, or nonconformity must be reported in writing within seven (7) days of delivery, with photos of the packaging and product. <li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Delivery dates are estimates. EVolve Electrics is not liable for delays due to carrier handling, weather, customs clearance, or other external factors.</li>

These delivery terms mirror Section 4.1 of our <a style="color: #2563eb;" href="https://evolveelectrics.com/policies/terms-of-service">Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale</a>, which control in the event of any conflict.

International customers can select from all UPS international shipping services during checkout, including:

Please note:

<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Shipments move DAP to your delivery address. We do not prepay import duties or taxes.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">All applicable import duties, customs taxes, VAT, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item or shipping cost.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">The full commercial value of the product will be declared for customs purposes. We will not under-declare value or mis-describe goods on any customs document.</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable export and import laws, including U.S. EAR/ITAR and OFAC sanctions. Some Products may be ineligible for export to certain destinations or end users.</li>
</ul>
Customs delays may occur and are beyond EVolve's control. We recommend consulting your local customs office for more information on applicable regulations.

Every shipment includes the following standard documents at no additional charge:

<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Packing List</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Bill of Lading / Carrier Document</li>

Under the delivery terms stated above, the Buyer is solely responsible for import clearance and all country-specific regulatory requirements in the destination jurisdiction.
Buyers may request that EVolve Electrics prepare or procure additional or non-standard documentation (each, a "Custom Document"), including but not limited to:

<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Legalized or apostilled documents</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Specialized customs declarations</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Phytosanitary or inspection certificates</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Consular invoices</li>
<li style="margin-bottom: 3px;">Any other documentation required by the destination country</li>
</ul>

Documentation Fee: $125.00 USD per Custom Document
Third-party charges (chamber of commerce, consulate, notary, etc.) invoiced separately at cost.

(a) Fee. A non-refundable documentation handling fee of $125.00 (USD) per Custom Document requested shall be assessed. This fee is in addition to the purchase price of the Products and any third-party charges, which shall be invoiced to Buyer at cost.
(b) Payment. All documentation fees and associated third-party charges are due and payable prior to the release of the requested Custom Document(s). EVolve Electrics is under no obligation to release any Custom Document until full payment is received.
(c) Timing. Custom Document requests should be submitted in writing at the time of order placement. Requests received after shipment may result in additional processing time. EVolve Electrics does not guarantee turnaround times and is not liable for delays in Buyer's import clearance arising from documentation timing.
(d) Accuracy & Liability. EVolve Electrics will prepare Custom Documents in good faith based on information available; however, the Buyer is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory sufficiency of all documentation for import into the destination country. EVolve Electrics makes no representation or warranty that any Custom Document will satisfy the requirements of any governmental authority.
⚠ Custom Document fees are non-refundable. To avoid delays, please submit all documentation requests at the time you place your order.

Lithium cells, modules, and packs are regulated dangerous goods. Shipments are prepared in accordance with applicable 49 CFR, IATA, and IMDG requirements. Certain lithium products cannot move by air, may require ground-only service, or may be restricted to specific destinations. If a service selected at checkout is not permitted for the Products ordered, we will contact you to arrange a compliant alternative.

International buyers are responsible for ensuring that products are compliant with local regulations. EVolve Electrics assumes no responsibility for improper use or installation of products outside the U.S.
