MonoLith™ is a production-grade, liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery system engineered for collegiate motorsport and prototype EV programs that need OEM reliability, fast integration, and clear documentation. Built on our patented enclosure and module architecture, MonoLith™ pairs robust mechanical protection with a safety-first electrical design to help teams focus on vehicle performance—not pack manufacturing.

Typical Use & Configuration

MonoLith™ is configurable to common FSAE-EV voltage and energy targets. Final voltage, capacity, current limits, and connectorization are set per order to match your powertrain and ruleset needs. Contact us for recommended configurations based on your inverter/motor and target mass/CG.

MonoLith™ is a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) battery system. It is not pre-approved or homologated by SAE/Formula SAE. Teams remain responsible for demonstrating compliance with all current rules and for passing event scrutineering. Our ESF/SES support packet is intended to assist teams in documenting design intent and safety rationale without disclosing proprietary IP. Additional technical detail may be available under NDA where appropriate.
