MonoLith™ Battery System
MonoLith™
Battery System
A fully integrated, turnkey lithium-ion battery platform. 4,976 configurations from 48V to 800V. Built to order, validated to automotive standards, and shipping in as few as 8 weeks.
Engineered for sustained performance
Integrated thermal management maintains cell temperatures within optimal operating bands under continuous and peak load profiles. Watch the MonoLith manage heat in real time.
Everything integrated.
Nothing left to engineer.
MonoLith is a complete battery system, not a kit. Every pack ships fully assembled, tested, and ready for integration. Tell us your voltage, energy, and envelope and we'll handle the rest.
Integrated Control Shelf
Precharge, contactors, digital BMS, leak detection, HVIL, and HV fusing all built in. External PDU available for programs that require it.
Thermal Management
Liquid or air cooling integrated into every pack. All plumbing is nitrogen tested prior to validation. Operating range from -40°C to +60°C discharge.
Plug and Play BMS
Digital BMS with CAN 2.0B broadcasts system data and manages contactor control. Your VCU owns SOC, SOH, CCL, and DCL based on your cell specifications.
IP67 Sealed Enclosure
Pressure-relief-valve-equipped enclosure with multi-layer safety architecture: cell-level protection, pack-level fusing, HVIL interlock, optical leak detection.
4,976 configurations!
Your requirements. Our platform.
The PackForge Configurator lets you define your energy, voltage, and packaging requirements and explore how the MonoLith platform meets them. Get a preliminary system configuration in minutes.
Built to automotive standards
Every MonoLith ships with the same safety systems, build quality, and documentation you would expect from a production program.
Ultrasonic Wire Bonding
Redundant electrical paths with fuse-like behavior on single wire failure. Lower contact resistance than spot welds. No thermal stress on cell terminals.
Integrated Cooling
Liquid or air cooling built into every pack. All plumbing nitrogen tested. -40°C to +60°C discharge, 0°C to +60°C charge.
Digital BMS with CAN 2.0B
On-board BMS broadcasts system data and manages contactor control. VCU-compatible with any control architecture.
One platform, many missions
MonoLith™ is deployed across aerospace, defense, industrial, and marine programs where rapid deployment and testing flexibility are critical.
Flight Test & Prototype Programs
Rapid iteration for flight test vehicles with evolving power requirements. Modular scaling enables configuration changes using common building blocks.
Mission-Critical Vehicle Programs
Rapid deployment with field serviceability and complete documentation. MIL-STD testing support with documented installation procedures.
AGV Fleets & Material Handling
Standardized power across multiple vehicle types using common building blocks. Unified maintenance, simplified training, reduced spares inventory.
Distributed Vessel Energy Storage
Compartmentalized energy storage with robust isolation. Distributed pack topologies for weight balance and compliance. Service-friendly for dockside maintenance.
Months of development,
eliminated
Traditional prototype pack development requires 12 to 18 months. MonoLith delivers equivalent capability in 8 to 14 weeks ARO.
