Lithium Block™ GEN 1 Module

CIE Solutions' versatile Lithium Block™ lithium-ion battery module is available in configurations ranging from 5P to 10P to fit your specific power needs.  It's ideal for everything from portable electronics to industrial power systems. This customizable lithium ion battery pack module seamlessly combines energy cells for long-lasting power with power cells designed for high-demand applications, offering a comprehensive energy solution.

We are offering two different GEN1 purchase options:

1. Standard - The Standard GEN1 Lithium Block™ consists of wire bonded 18650 cells in the basic enclosure.  There are not any thermistors included.
2. Standard + Thermistors - The Standard + Thermistor GEN1 Lithium Block™ includes wire bonded 18650 cells with 10k thermistors potted in for fSAE compliance.  The thermistor wires will be accessible through the top of the module for soldering or crimping.

• Available energy capacities range from 17.5Ah to 35Ah, with maximum discharge currents reaching up to 210A (Power Module), making it suitable for both high-power and high-energy applications.
• Available in configurations from 5p to 10p, offering scalable energy capacity from 52Wh to 125Wh.
• Plastic housing is construced of glass-filled UL94-V0 ABS which helps protect against propogation in the event of a fire.
  
• Meets UN 38.3 and IEC 62133 standards, ensuring reliable and secure operation across various environments.
• Slim battery housing allows this custom lithium battery module to fit into confined spaces.
• Fully tested and directly sourced 18650 batteries.
